Short Description:

Medical PLLA Filament is a biodegradable polymer product made from high-purity Poly(L-lactic acid), featuring excellent biocompatibility and controllable degradation behavior.The filament maintains a high molecular weight and a well-defined crystalline structure, thereby providing high tensile strength, good toughness, and stable dimensional accuracy.This product is widely used in absorbable orthopedic implants, tissue engineering scaffolds, medical 3D printing, and controlled drug delivery systems.


  • Filament diameter: 1.75mm
  • Extruder temperature: 250°C + 5°C
  • Bed temperature: 55°C (Setting the first layer temperature to 70°C-80°C can improve adhesion)
  • Printing speed: 100mm/s - 200mm/s (Higher printing speeds require higher printing temperatures)
  • Printer compatibility: Compatible with most printer models

Product Detail

PLA is made of  starch-containing biomass such as corn or straw cellulose, and it has a strong anti-mite effect and natural antibacterial properties, with an antibacterial rate of more than 95% for Candida albicans, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus; it is flame retardant, with low smoke emission, without  black smoke and toxic gas; it is moisture-proof, moisture-conducting and fast-drying, and has good breathability,  especially suitable for the medical care field.

Medical PLA 3D printing filaments have inherent advantages in 3D printing cranial shapes, spinal fusion devices, bone scaffolds, lung implants, and large bone cages. PLA filament had good bioresorbability, high strength and ductility, and good biocompatibility, which can be widely used in the medical field.
