1. Degradable Medical Filament Printing (Implant-grade, eliminating the need for secondary removal surgery, suitable for tissue regeneration and repair)

  • PLLA: High strength and strong stability. Suitable for bone scaffolds, maxillofacial repair, surgical models, and medical fixation devices.
  • PCL: Excellent toughness and formability. Suitable for soft tissue repair, cartilage scaffolds, and minimally invasive surgical guides.
  • PCL+HA: Hydroxyapatite composite modification with osteoinductive activity. Primarily used for bone defect repair and bone tissue engineering scaffolds.
  • PLCL: Balanced mechanical properties combining strength and toughness. Suitable for composite repair scaffolds and flexible implant accessories.
